Online Banking
Online banking is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as your PC branch:
- Balance transfers (utilize one main log-in for multiple accounts after one time set up)
- Balance inquiries on savings, checking and loans or lines of credit
- Loan payments
- View cleared checks
- Downloads to Microsoft Money®
- Account maintenance features
- Access to 12 months of past E-Statements, available on or around the 1st business day of each month
Your online banking experience is now even safer with an added layer of protection called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). With MFA, you’ll be asked to select a picture from a gallery of available photos as well as answer a number of security questions. This provides additional protection against fraudulent attempts to access your online banking site or the threat of being lured to a phishing “look alike” site.
Online Bill Payment
Online bill payment offers you a secure, one-touch option to paying bills, without the added time of writing checks or cost of mailing your bills. Set up your payees just one time and return whenever needed to schedule payments from your First Community Business Checking.
Online FICA Payments
Link from our website or visit https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/ directly to enroll and pay FICA payments online:
Enrolling
1. You’ll be asked for your taxpayer identification number, credit union routing number (272483633) and account number as well as the exact spelling of your name and address as appearing on your IRS Tax documents
2. Select Business or Individual Enrollment under the Enrollment tab, complete and submit
3. 10-15 days after online enrollment, you’ll receive your EFTPS Confirmation Package with online or phone-in instructions as well as needed Password and PIN to use EFTPS online
Paying EFTPS Online
1. Have your Tax ID (EIN or SSN), PIN and Internet Password handy when visiting https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/ & click “Make A Payment”
2. Select the federal tax you wish to pay, following the prompts to enter tax payment amount, tax period and settlement date
3. Your EFT Acknowledgment Number acts as a receipt of your instructions – you’re advised to print payment confirmation for your records
24 Hour TAMRA Phone Teller
With your own designated password, enjoy 24 hour telephone access to your account information with TAMRA 24 Hour Phone Teller. TAMRA will walk you through the easy steps to check current balances, review recent transactions, transfer funds, and more. Simply call (269) 382-9866 or toll-free (888) 898-2672 and input your member account number and PIN (last 4-digits of Social Security or employer identification number). You’re urged to change your PIN to a series of 4-digits that only you and your designated staff have access to. See our TAMRA brochure for complete details.
